The ongoing nature of family law issues can be emotionally and financially taxing. We recognize this and make every effort to minimize the strains presented by these issues.
Our approach towards family law focusses on resolution. We are not supporters of unproductive posturing or spiteful motions. There is already enough tension in family law matters and our role is to facilitate a resolution, not to drive a bigger stake between the parties. We frequently encourage mediation between the parties because often, many matters can be settled in hours through mediation. While mediation may reduce the fees a client pays his or her attorney, we believe a speedy and cost effective resolution is in the best interests of our clients.
About Christopher
Mr. Rike was born and raised in Columbus, Ohio. He attended Bowling Green State University on full scholarship as a National Merit Scholar and graduated in 1997 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology and Business.
Mr. Rike began law school in fall of 2003. He attended law school on a full academic scholarship and earned his Juris Doctorate from the Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2005 graduating cum laude. Mr. Rike was admitted to the Arizona State Bar in 2006.
While volunteering at the Family Law Facilitator in the San Diego Superior Court, Mr. Rike realized his strong interest in family law. He enjoys working one on one with clients to help them attain resolution and guiding them through the legalities of family law matters.
